The form below is a shortened version of our online crime report form, and it is intended to be used only to report the presence of graffit within Trailside Point for the purposes of data collection and graffiti removal. All graffiti reports are automatically sent to the Trailside Point Block Watch board members and the HOA Graffiti Removal Committee.

If you have any information regarding the suspects who created the graffiti, please use our full online crime report form.

The entire details of this report will be submitted to the Block Watch Leadership, at a minimum, which includes: the Block Watch Communication Committee, the Trailside Point HOA, and the Trailside Point PNP (Phoenix Neighborhood Patrol).
